Bridging Education and Innovation: The Life of an IT Enabler

My name is Samantha-Joe Bond, I started my journey as a IT Enabler in September 2024. I had knowledge of Tech and the impact that it has on the 21st century and education.

This program opened a world with more then just knowledge on how computers work but also how it can impact learning and how learning can be made fun through tech. The trainings I receive has impacted me from someone who was constantly doubting herself to make a change into someone who wants to have a impact on not only learners but Teachers also. Through this program I also learned the fun part of it how we can use gamification and e-lessons to improve teaching. The trainings based on how to use Tech and Lego Robotics also impacted on how my professional thinking is and made the vision more clear on how to learn and teach and how these trainings can impact teachers and learners.

E-learning has been instrumental in shaping my growth and effectiveness in the workplace. It has provided me with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to make an immediate impact.

Stronger Collaboration: E-learning has expanded my communication and teamwork skills, helping me connect with educators, share ideas, and foster a community focused on 21st-century teaching practices.

Greater Impact: By applying what I’ve learned, I’ve been able to enhance classroom experiences, making learning more interactive and engaging for students, which is deeply rewarding.

E-learning has not only accelerated my professional development but also fueled my passion for helping others embrace technology in education. In just three months, I’ve discovered how impactful digital innovation can be in shaping the future of learning.
