September Leaderboards

Well done to all the schools, teachers and ITE's that are working hard to reach these targets and continue to move up the leaderboard.

We thank you for making a difference with technology in the classrooms.

We appreciate everyone that is still committed and dedicated, especially now at the end of the year. You can still make it count!

These last couple of months, the focus is going to be on reaching your targets that you set at the beginning of the year.

Please check-in with your ITE's - They have an update on your targets and indicators, and what you need to focus on. They have been working on a action plan on how to reach these targets.

It's not too late!

Remember the following to get on the leaderboard:

  • Submit your e-learning lessons and resources. Every teacher need to submit 5 e-lessons. All resources counts 5 points.
  • TTT - One on one or group sessions. You have to attend 4. Make a date with your friendly ITE and go and learn how you can do something e-cool. (e.g. create a word puzzle, word search, quiz, kahoot, worksheet, wakelet) for your class.
  • Resources - Share your PowerPoints, videos that you use with your learners, slideshow that you made for your lesson, with us. Put it in your school online folder and add it to the school self pointing sheet.
  • Make a comment below on how the e-learning programme and ITEs have helped you! You are aiming for 4- 8 comments! Just add your name, email and your school where it says website.

  1. I am so glad that I could join the TTT last week at Knysna Sec. I haven’t worked on a self marking test yet but used AI to give me a variety of Comprehension questions for an informal Afrikaans activity.

  2. E-learning has help me with lesson planning by using the ChatGBT and how to set a class test for the learners using the google form.

  3. Would really like to get my school back into the KILT program for 2024, together with my principal and fellow teachers

  4. Personally, E-Learning is a critical change, needed in every classroom in every school in the WP

  5. This shows that hard work pays off. Thank you to CPS for all the work. We have been doing more ttt’s and more teachers are handing in e-lessons.

  6. Well done to all the schools. I love the leaderboard idea because it keeps schools motivated.
