As we reflect on the year that has passed and plan for the next year, I just would like to thank all of you for making us feel so welcome in your schools. We appreciate it a lot and look forward to next year when we will start with a structure already in place and ready to "Level up" - our theme for next year!
As we reflect on a hard year (for all of us), I would like some feedback on how you and your school, teachers and learners, experienced our e-Learning support and intervention throughout the year. Success is learning from failures!!

What did we (KILT/Schools) do well?
TWT (teachers & leadership)
The passion you go about your presentation in every encounter with you. You’re passionate about what you are doing. Well done!
The passion you have it is just amazing to see what you do and still want to change in schools.
It is amazing.
The passion and drive in the workshops. Including our inputs and taking our ideas into consideration.
Where did we (KILT/Schools) not do so well?
1. Comparing and rewarding schools that are on different levels wrt to staff complement and access to ICT,
2. 2 or more ITE’s per school is more a drag on schools and add to our workloads. One is sufficient.
As I’m very new to this project, I believe we can improve our involvement with KILT.
Rotation of schools hosting a workshop. I agree with Llewelyn Louw’s point number 1.
How can we (KILT/Schools) improve?
More intimate and personal contact will be much appreciated. KILT all the way.
Keep on being amazing…
Maybe spend time more with multi grade schools.
More contact with school staff and not just the leaders.
It is very obvious that the WCED relegated their responsibility wrt ICT to you. Please use this to level the playing field wrt access to ICT
