It is a great pleasure to announce that the Rheenendal Primary School has succeeded once more in 2023.The partnership between the study club and eLearning, which allows students to use the MCO Greenshoots app to spend an additional hour working on their math, was successful.
Our grade 6 mathematics student percentage has significantly improved; of the 30 students, 20 have made progress in term 3 mathematics.

Of the Top 10 grade 6 Marit achievers, 11 of them are members of the study club, which makes supervisor Deirdre Sass and Annie Adams from Rheenendal Primary quite proud (2 learners hold a tie place). With 60 students in grades 6 and 7, the clubs have a 91% attendance rate when classes are provided.
We would like to express our gratitude to the Knysna Initiative for Learning and Teaching (KILT) and Rheenendal Primary School for working together in achieving this remarkable achievement.

We discovered the grade 6 learners definitely needed extra time focusing especially to better their math’s results. With the help of KILT and their programs we can help them to improve the math’s results
