The workstation method can be replicated in class and it brings in new methods to deliver content and build skills like communication and i. T.
The storytelling method is a fun way for groups to interact and build on social skills, communication skills, leadership skills. language, deportment and i. T. Skills.. It can be used for language and other subject are as well
I think it was really productive. For me the storytelling session was use really creatively and i have learned alot. I have used a new tool like solvemoji.
My favourite session was storytelling tools that I can used is emojis games,YouTube and audios
1. The strategies learnt today, 14th of July, was fun and interactive. Each activity required ALL team members to participate. The Learning Stations and Storytelling activities were also easy to understand and will be easy to implement with a bit of preparation.
2. I liked the Learning Stations the most because it allowed us to learn multiple things at once.
3. You can use Menti, to get learners mood before and after the class, as well as collecting feedback about the lesson. Your phone for videos and pictures, PowerPoint, word processors, QR codes, vCards, etc. These are all helpful tools that can be used to implement using technologies in the class while still teaching your subject.
I thought the two strategies were new and different for me personally. It was very interesting and exciting and I learnt a lot myself. I think the story telling was my favourite aspect of todays training. There is honestly a infinite number of tools us ITE’s and teachers can use to make our lessons more fun and interactive, for example emojis. Who knew…
These two strategies reminded me of my university years, however just with a modern twist. It was very fun. My favourite strategy is Storytelling. It is a way that even the shy (introvert) learners can express themselves.
Will definitely look at solvemoji.com. Love menti.com. Podcast for simple instructions in the lab. Would definitely want to include tiktok.
Amazing.I these two lessons are a great introduction to TWT.I think Meggie is doing a good job in terms of introducing teachers and ITE’S to new apps and it is up to the teachers to implement the ideas.
The training was very informative and fun i learned a lot with the training on learning stations and each activities was very innovative and I’m excited to help the teachers implement it in their lessons
