The Theory of Change is a framework which we use to articulate, action and measure change. It helps us to think about HOW we can bring about change in a project or in this case, our KILT schools. It involves commitment and accountability by all stakeholders within the project.

Edunova as the service provider for eLearning in the KILT project is totally committed to supporting the KILT schools to become eStar schools. But we cannot do it alone. We need all schools to be active creators , innovators and participants in the change process.
