Job description
An exciting opportunity for a Points Reward Administrator and PA to the e-Learning Lead exists in Knysna. We are looking for a mature energetic individual who is self-motivated, has an interest and passion for education and people, is tech savvy and loves spreadsheets and data. We will need you to keep track of the project lead, and run our rewards point innovation system for our 15 participating KILT supported schools in Knysna. You could work from home provided that you will be available for in person meetings and events as needed. This is a full time position.
Duties
- Track the daily points collected by ITE’s, schools, Teachers and Leadership.
- Track the daily data uploaded by the ITE’s and teachers and report back to Core Team members.
- Create and manage an integrated points system and report back to Project Manager and Schools.
- Keep track of the project leads schedule and liaise with the school leadership, teachers, ITEs and Core team.
- Complete the monthly project log frame and submit project reports.
- Assist with training events and fundraising for school prizes and points reward system.
- Attend meetings and training sessions when necessary.
- Write minutes and reports and general office work.
- Assist with SOPs and training material.
Requirements
- Matric certification.
- Transport to and from work.
- Excellent Excel skills. (Pivot tables, dashboards, validation etc)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Excellent typing, file management, Word and Powerpoint skills.
- Can work collaboratively with Google Drive and folders.
- Outstanding organisational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (Afrikaans and Xhosa an advantage)
- Police clearance.
- A laptop and good internet access.
- Transport to and from work (Knysna Central)
