We want to extend a great BIG thank you to our new points administrator, Esmeralda, for making sure that we are on point with our tracking system! It is looking great and we are now ready to ensure we can capture all the amazing things you are doing with e in your schools!
At our last leadership coffee chat, you asked that we create a collaborative committee to oversee and inform the points system. This is excellent news!!! The points system is there to showcase good e-practices and is a way to learn from one another and celebrate e-learning!
We would like at least one representative from each school to be part of the Points committee and as per our programme, we will do that on Thursday the 24 August 2023. We will use our current points allocation as a basis for brainstorming more effective ways to gather points.
If you would like to nominate a staff member for your school, please do so below in the comment section (Make sure you mention the school).
We will constitute a points committee according to fair principles and discuss how such a committee can "take over" the process.
We will also report back using this post and the comment section below. Feel free to already go and share some thoughts, challenges and opportunities below.

The previous installment of the point system was not totally fair and putting measurements in place that could nullify an unfair advantage will be incredible.
This committee will have to put these measurements in place.
For an institution to function well and having good results there must be a well structured team for plannings.
