By embedding stuff (videos, Facebook posts, images, TikToks) into your post, you do not have to physically add the actual video etc. It means that you insert a piece of code into your blog post from the original space or platform e.g. Instagram. This also take care of plagiarism issues, as you are linking your post with the content in the orginal space!
