Friday the 28th of February, we are hosting a major tech drive at the Knysna Mall. Our aim is not only to show off what KILT e-learning does in our schools, but also to give back by helping visitors to our drive to be safe online. We will have exciting exhibitions and play stations for old and young to have some fun with technology. So, what do we have in store for you?

Station 1: EV3 Robots

Step into the future of robotics with our KILT’s LEGO EV3 challenge! Guests will take control of an EV3 robot via a Bluetooth remote control and attempt to transport candy to a designated area. If successful, they win the candy!

This interactive experience offers a hands-on glimpse into the exciting world of robotics education in our KILT schools, where learners are developing essential STEM skills to prepare them for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Test your coordination, experience real-world robotic applications, and see how KILT is shaping the future of learning!

Station 2: Build a robot with LEGO® blocks

At this station, young learners will roll up their sleeves and build their own robots using LEGO blocks! Once they've constructed their creation, expert judges will evaluate each design based on creativity, functionality, and overall design, giving participants a chance to win an exciting prize.

Station 3: Tanks, Rangers & AlgoRun
